Working alongside clients to help them take up day activities or inform them of activities that are available in their area.

We talk and engage with the client and find out their aims and hopes for their future.  We then work alongside them to achieve their goals.

This may be any of the following:

  • Employment
  • Education
  • Volunteering
  • Sport and Leisure
  • Hobbies, interests and Entertainment
  • Social networking
  • & many more.

The list is endless as we create the service around the client.

Our aim is to remove the obstacles that stop clients taking up day activities and help them gain the confidence, ability and independence to participate.
