Torfaen Mind provides opportunities for people to access: support; advice; information; sympathetic listening; problem solving techniques; therapeutic groups and the space to socialise with other memebrs of the community in it's Wellbeing Centres in Pontypool and Brynmawr. The Aims of the Centres are: • To empower rather than overwhelm Whilst valuing our independent status, Torfaen Mind liaises with other relevant agencies to bring a broad spectrum of services under the umbrella of the Centres. We have strong links with Gwent Alcohol Project, Citizens Advice Bureau, Drug Aid and Fusion who regularly use our facilities to hold discussions and opportunities for further support.
